ANYONE WHO CAN HELP should try to organize or attend one. It is hard to take off time in the middle of the day when you are working at a job, but it will help one person to be able to enjoy the freedom to go to a job, rather than to sit in a prison cell (or worse). I will try to put people in contact with Constantino, Andrew, and the other good souls who are helping to get information on how to organize a dignified, respectful, and effective demonstration. It is appalling that in this day and age any one would have to face such horrific treatment. Being jailed in Egypt is horrible. It is not humane as our US prisons are. Many die of torture, lack of food, rat and roach infestation and hazardous health conditions which could lead to Hepatitis B or worse. I pray Kareem is freed and that for once a Muslim run country shows compassion instead of intolerance. Yes this should be done in the name of freedom of speech as well as Kareem.
